This Babysitter training course is designed for youth aged 11 – 15. Participants learn how to run a small babysitting business and how to supervise younger siblings or other children in a safe and responsible manner. Aspiring babysitters also learn basic first aid skills.
This course focuses on the four most common mental health disorders including substance-related, mood-related, anxiety and trauma-related, and psychotic disorders. Participants who take this course are well prepared to interact confidently about mental health with their family, friends, communities, and workplaces.
This couples’ retreat is designed around seven conversations based on the best-selling book Hold Me Tight, all of which have been shown to be essential to successful relations. You will learn how to understand and
improve your relationship through presentations by the workshop leaders, private exercises and conversations with your partner, and by watching video demonstrations of other couples.
